On 25 November 2016 Sean Bex will defend his doctoral dissertation “Dave Eggers and Human Rights Culture.” In his dissertation, Bex stakes out this acclaimed American author’s position within the multifarious field of contemporary human rights culture. The defence will take place from 4.30 to 6.30 p.m. in the Jozef Plateauzaal, Jozef Plateaustraat 22, 9000 Gent. This is a public defence and, therefore, open to members of the public who wish to attend.
